This amaro honours the impresive lifework of Abate Vinciguerra VII Collalto (1727-1819), an illustrious figure among the generations of Collaltos, who dedicated his life to improving agriculture and viticulture on the family estates.
The efforts of our family abbot and his continuous research in agronomy made possible this amaro. It is the perfect marriage of aromatic herbs and pungent balsam, including mint, juniper, ginger, and floral essences of bitter-orange blossom, chamomile, elderflower, and lemon.

A superbly complex amaro that offers crisp impressions of medicinal herbs and citrus, in particular of bitter orange and juniper. Elegant and beautifully balanced, with a long-lingering, utterly delicious finish.
