Wine production

Vinification
The grapes are pressed gently, then the must is given a gravity settling and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks at 18°C.
Secondary fermentation
The wine receives its effervescence through the Martinotti-Charmat method.
After a period of maturation sur lie, the wine is filtered and bottled.
Ageing
1 month in steel pressure tanks.In autoclave 1 mese.

Tasting

The sweetness and the aromas of the Glera grape meld exceptionally-well together in this Extra Dry version.
A subtle straw-yellow with greenish highlights leads the eye to a long-lingering bead that is both dense and refined.
The nose is redolent of graceful fruit and floral impressions classic to Glera, while the mousse expands harmoniously on the palate to reveal a lovely balance between crispness and sweetness.
Fish-based dishes are the ideal partner to this Prosecco, but it is delicious too with vegetarian soups and other dishes, and with lighter antipasto selections, and makes the perfect happy-hour sipper.
Best enjoyed at 6-8°C.
