This version’s secret of success lies in its significant cellarability and in its graceful delicacy. Its colour is deeper compared to the more well-known sparkling version, and the nose show-cases all of the varietal characteristics of the grape. The palate shows a consistent yet delicate progression, and an upfront, immediate pleasurableness.
